WIN Delegation Meets with Swedish Embassy in Harare in May 2016.

“It’s terrific to meet the Swedish embassies and Sida field workers in the partnership countries, as they get a real feel for the programme and get to meet our news publisher steering committee members and coaches, to show that this programme has an industry-wide mandate”, Alison Meston, WIN project director for capacity building said. WAN-IFRA has met with Embassy representatives members from  Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Jordan and Rwanda thus far, and will continue its outreach and engagement efforts throughout the remainder of the programme.
